Council Scout Executive - Bill Morgan
Bill joined the council in 1990. He is in charge of the council's professional staff and managing all aspects of the day to day operations of the Tukabatchee Area Council. Additionally, he is responsible for executing the plans and directives of the council's volunteer executive board. |
