Arrow of Light Camporee

Camp Hobbs, November 22nd - 24th

A Bridge to the Future… The Journey Continues

Scouts in Arrow of Light dens will have the opportunity to experience a full camporee and a “model Troop” at the Arrow of Light Camporee at Camp Hobbs.  The Troop will have Scouts filling the leadership roles of a Troop including Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, Quartermaster, Patrol Leader, and Assistant Patrol Leader.  The Webelos will experience hands-on learning of Scout skills such as lashing, fire building, navigation, and patrol cooking and the patrols will compete in these skills on Sunday.  See what it’s like to be part of a Troop!  We only have room for 64 Scouts.

Any parents that attend will participate in an “adult patrol”.  They will learn some of the differences between troops and packs.  They will also learn how to be an effective Boy Scout parent.

Sign up your Scout for this camporee experience!

Scout registration is $65 which includes all meals (Saturday and Sunday), activities, a t-shirt, and a patch. Adult registration is $30 and includes food, a patch, and a t-shirt.  Registration closes on November 1st.
