Please take note that there is a convenience fee added to each payment. Your summer camp account will only be credited with the base payment. Convenience fees are not refundable for any reason.
 
Once payment has been made, please register adult and youth detail information using the google form that will be made available on February 20th, 2026
This form should be filled out by all youth and adult participants. 
 
SUMMER CAMP 2026 FEES
The cost includes one t-shirt, one patch, and all meals.
Avoid a late fee. Instead, pay your fees in full by May 15, 2026.

Youth: $390 if paid by May 15, 2026, and $440 thereafter.
Adult Half-week Leader: $70 if paid by May 15, 2026, and $90 thereafter.
Adult Full-week Leader: $120 if paid by May 15, 2026, and $140 thereafter. 
Adult Free Leader: Each unit attending Summer Camp at Camp Tukabatchee can send one leader for free if at least two Scouts from their unit are attending. Units may send two free leaders if they have 21+ Scouts attending. Free leaders receive all the perks of paid leaders: one t-shirt, one patch, and all meals.

Payments in full are preferred, but units may pay youth fees in three installments.
The payment schedule is as follows:
The first $125 payment is due on February 20th, 2026.
The second $125 payment is due on April 3rd, 2026.
The final $140 payment is due on May 15th, 2026.
