Refund Policy:

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, our event refund policy is:
14+ days prior, 80% refunded: 7-13 days prior, 50% refunded; 0-6 days prior, 0% refunded.

For summer camp:
No fees will be transferred. The first $50.00 of any Scout’s fee is not transferable and non-refundable. Once the $150 campsite deposit is applied to an individual it is non-refundable. If a refund request is made 2 weeks prior to camp (14+ days), all but $50.00 of a camper’s fee may be refunded. If a request is made 1 week prior to camp (7-13 days), a maximum of 50% of fees paid may be refunded. No shows (0-6 days), are given no refund of any fees paid.

 

For OA events:

No refunds after the late fee date. The trading post portion of the fee may be carried over to another event.

 

For merchandise there will be no refunds unless the item is not as pictured.
